Bupa Great Manchester Run 2012
Join the Cancer Research UK team and take up the challenge to run 10k through the streets of Manchester. 33,000 people took part last year, cheered on by supporters on our cheering bus.
Race alongside (or somewhat behind) world-class athletes like Haile Gebrselassie. Run for Cancer Research UK and help more people beat cancer.
What to expect on the day
Before you head to the start line, come over to our marquee in the Charity village in Manchester Central. We'd love to say Hi and give your friends and family the cheering equipment they need to support you.
While you are out running your race, look for our Cancer Research UK volunteers, who will be on our huge cheering bus! Keep an eye out for us at both 1km and 9.5km.
At the end of the race, come back over to see us in the charity village for some refreshments. We guarantee high-fives and big smiles!
