Support our runners

Come along and support Cancer Research UK! We want your help to cheer on our runners at our cheering point. We’ll give you foam hands, whistles and clapper bangers for you to make as much noise as possible. Refreshments and a souvenir t-shirt will be provided on the day.

Support for you

We'll support you every step of the way to help you have a memorable experience:

• you'll get a T-shirt or vest to wear on the day. Remember to add the iron on letters to the front of your top so people can cheer you on.
• we have lots of fundraising ideas to help you boost your fundraising target
• we'll help you get ready for your event with our training advice
• why not request a cheering pack to help your family and friends to support you on the day.
