Come to Nottingham's Holme Pierrepont National Watersports Centre to undertake the world's toughest one day endurance challenge and you will become an Outlaw if you can finish within the 17 hour time limit!
An easily navigable 2.4 mile swim is follwed by a fast but undulating 112 mile bike ride. On returning to the National Watersports Centre you will run your final 26.2.miles around the regatta lake, before being treated to a hero's welcome.
