Get ready for a triathlon

Cyclists at a triathlonTriathlons offer fantastic variation to your training and are a challenging opportunity to try out three different disciplines: swimming, cycling and running.

With the right preparation, equipment and commitment, you will feel fit and get a tremendous sense of achievement once you cross the finish line.

Find the right distance for you

Whether you are a runner who fancies a change or a complete beginner, there is something for everyone. You can choose from different distances:

  • Super Sprint: 400m swimming, 10km cycling, 2.5km running
  • Sprint: 450 – 750m swimming, 20km cycling, 5km running
  • Olympic: 1,500m swimming, 40km cycling, 10km running
